Sydney Gun Show cancelled amid virus fears

What follows is a press release from the organisers of the Sydney Gun Show


It is with great sadness that we officially advise the Sydney Gun Show scheduled for May 16 and 17, 2020 is cancelled due to the COVID-19 health crisis.

This decision is in line with the Government Order made under Section 7 of the Public Health Act 2010 which enacts forced cancellation of major events with more than 500 people. 

Moreover the health and safety of our exhibitors, staff and the general public are our foremost priority and we respect the decision and directive. 

If you are a confirmed show Exhibitor and have paid via credit card, a refund will be made to your credit card. If you have paid via EFT, you will be contacted to arrange a refund back to your nominated back account. If you have paid via cheque, your cheque will be returned to you via post.

We have two more dates scheduled for 2020, being 15 & 16 August along with 14 & 15 November. We will advise in due course closer to these dates regarding the status of these shows. Just like you at this time, we are taking each day as it comes. 

The Sydney Gun Show team will continue to be working during this time to create a bigger and better Show, ready for launch as soon as this crisis is behind us all.
