Dine and debate at Fowles Wine and Hopkins River Beef Dinner

Fine food stars Matt Fowles and Adam North are set for a lively and tasty culinary collision at lavish Melbourne restaurant Meat Fish Wine on Thursday, September 3.

Matt, the head of Fowles Wine and an influential winemaker and hunter-gather, will debate table tactics with meat expert Adam, of Hopkins River Beef. The pair will outline their different approaches to serving up wild game compared to traditionally farmed meats, as dishes are unfurled amid a sumptuous six-course degustation. After kicking things off with canapés and sparkling wine, the duo will guide diners through an array of meaty options prepared by Meat Fish Wine head chef Malcolm Wright.

The Fowles Wine and Hopkins River Beef Dinner with matched wines will be underway at the elegant venue from 7-11pm. There is bound to be a bumper crowd flocking to the Meat Fish Wine restaurant at 31 Artemis Lane in the Melbourne CBD for what promises to be a mouth-watering affair.
