SSAA’s Cooks Companion recipe book
SSAA’s Cooks Companion is the culmination of work from the SSAA Media & Publications department and recipes sent in from SSAA members. As regular readers of Australian Shooter and Australian Hunter magazines will recall, SSAA National put out the call for SSAA members to send in their best game meat recipes. Of the hundreds sent in, the 50 best recipes were chosen and compiled to create the unique recipe book. The chapters include rabbit, duck and quail, pork, goat, kangaroo, venison, seafood and ‘camp extras’ (dampers, muffins and marinades) recipes.
SSAA’s Cooks Companion is produced from high-quality glossy paper and it is spiral bound so it can sit flat when you are using it.
