SSAA National’s 48th AGM

The Sporting Shooters’ Association of Australia held its 48th Annual General Meeting in Darwin on the weekend of May 15 and 16. The meeting was attended by state and territory SSAA delegates and several staff and observers.

Reports were presented on behalf of the SSAA Membership, Merchandise (SSAA Store), National and International Lobbying, Hunting, Disciplines, and Media & Publications departments. The Treasurer and President also presented reports.

On the Saturday, elections were held for the Executive Board, with SSAA National President Bob Green re-elected unopposed. Other returning Executive Board members include Bob Cooper as Senior Vice President, Richard Gawned as Junior Vice President, Kaye McIntyre as Secretary and Alf Bastian as Treasurer.
