Alistair McGlashan’s fishing and fish recipe book

Australian Shooter and Hunter writer and all-round outdoorsman Alistair McGlashan, together with his wife, Rachel, is putting together his fourth book. While not yet titled, the book is about catching and cooking fish. There will be more than 50 species and recipes included.

Both McGlashan’s admit they are not chefs, so are putting the call out to their family, friends, SSAA members and readers asking for them to submit their favourite fish recipes. Rachel says the cheap sell is ‘getting your name in Al’s next book’.

Alistair’s previous books, The Complete Fishing Bible, Top Fishing Spots of Australia and Catching Australia's Favourite Fish, are essential references for any serious fisher and we are sure his fourth book will do just as well.
