South Australian Police have vowed 2012 will be the year it ends the state's violent bikie shootouts. At the end of 2011 there were three shootings in public areas in three days. The leader of the Comancheros was shot in suburbia, the third attempt on Vincenzo Foccarelli’s life. Foccarelli denies in-house fighting in the gang. Meanwhile The Hells Angels and the Finks clubs are involved in a feud after the 11-year-old son of a former Fink was shot in a home invasion. The state's special bikie gang task force has been boosted with extra detectives. Grant Stevens, assistant commissioner, South Australian Police, said illegal fire arms are a problem.
