Support for hunting in national parks

The Greens virtually ran this state of New South Wales from 1995 until 2007 when Roy Smith was elected to the Shooters Party. It is too bad The Greens are trying to slow things down in regards to this bill. Why should they? Hunters are already allowed to hunt in national parks in other states and most states have hunting in private game reserves. This bill was written in consultation with the Government and the bureaucrats and now The Greens are putting pressure on the Government to reject it.
From 1995 until 2007, the extremist views held by The Greens held the balance of power in the Tipper House but now they are squealing like stuck pigs because they are in the background.
We have a very big problem with ferals in the state mainly because of the John Howard strategy to strip ordinary citizens of their right to bear firearms back in 1996.
However, since the Game Council was formed thousands of licensed hunters have eliminated thousands of ferals from not only state forests but also private properties in New South Wales. These hunters do this work for nothing yet they contribute hundreds of thousands of dollars to the struggling farming areas of NSW Howard said in 1996 “we are going to have to pass laws to control the lives of people who have never done anything wrong and never will. Many are our supporters”.
Well, Mr Howard and Mr Nelson, many used to be your supporters.
