Cameras to catch South Burnett pests

South Burnett Council’s Wild Dog and Feral Pig Awareness Program is using cameras to help encourage local landowners to get involved in managing the issue. Interview with Council Vertebrate Pest Officer, Clynton Spencer who explains that the cameras have been used to verify the presence of pests on properties. Spencer says there are currently three cameras at work, saying that they are very expensive. Spencer confirms that there are large numbers of dogs in the area. Spencer discusses upcoming baiting by Council during May.
