Kangaroo culling quota not met

Professional shooters say less than half the quota of kangaroo culling has been met this year. The shooters say this is due to lower skin prices and higher fuel costs. Barry Bell, local shooter, says he hope an increase in the minimum weight for skins will help increase prices.
