It appears the Brumby Government is trying to outprice young Victorians from ever being involved in recreational sporting shooting.
By putting junior licences up 300 per cent and firearms traders ‘ licences up by 435 per cent, they’ll effectively put the sport beyond the reach of many.
Another nanny-state cash grab.
