Q My son has recently started shooting clay targets and likes all of the disciplines. I was told that soon Sporting Clays will become an Olympic event. Is this correct?

A Joseph this question comes up all the time. There has been no discussion of Sporting Clays joining the Olympics in the foreseeable future. The likelihood of this happening is not great as the International Shooting Sports Federation are struggling to keep the events they already have in the Olympic Games without adding new ones to the program.
