Capital news

SSAA National keeps in constant contact with the Federal politicians, the departments and the institutes that help form the legislations that affect our chosen sport.

We will publish press releases, official correspondence and reports from sections of Parliament, the Australian Institute of Criminology, and Attorney-General’s department, particularly it’s Firearms Policy Unit, to name a few. We will also publish statements from those groups against private firearm ownership for your information.

While we cannot publish all communications between SSAA National and Federal legislators, we hope this is a guide to the communication and lobbying activities of your Association.
